The University of California Biomechanical Labs created the UCBL to treat the pronated foot (flexible flat foot) in a low profile manner. It's high sidewalls and deep heel cup provide maximum support to patients with severe misalignment. Heel stabilizers can be added to enhance the rigid support and keep it from rotating in the shoe. Each one is available in a variety of plastics and padding materials.
