Your Warranty Covers:
- Any breakage of the plastic portion of a device for up to ninety (90) days from the date the device was shipped.
- Any defect in the workmanship or durability of the consumable portion of the device, (straps, Velcro, laces, leather) for up to thirty (30) days from the date the device was shipped.
- If the brace is found to be defective, in material or workmanship, we will replace or repair (at our option) during the 90 day warranty period, the defective portion. The item will be returned to you free of Ground shipping charges.
- Please call Diana toll free at (866) 412-2870 to discuss the situation and obtain a Return Authorization.
- Ship the item to Tower Orthopedic Designs, Inc., 300 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. Insert a letter detailing the necessary work to the orthosis.
- Any unauthorized returns or un-warranted work may be subject to repair and return shipping fees.
- Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse.
- Braces that have been altered or repaired by someone other than Tower Orthopedic Designs, Inc.
- Warranty coverage to anyone other than the original patient, effective from the date of purchase.
- Any repairs or replacements that would exceed the original cost of the brace, including, but not limited to, any special or consequential damage caused by the use or inability to use this product. This holds true, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Any other warranties other than those described or listed above or from any person or entity other than Tower Orthopedic Designs, Inc., whether implied or otherwise, shall not be binding on Tower Orthopedic Designs, Inc.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
