As a central fabricator, our Vision is "Customizing Services to Impact the Medical Community". We make an impact by employing ABC certified orthotists and technicians, highly trained and skilled in their respective fields, and using the latest materials and techniques to manufacture each device. Our satisfied customers consist of O&P practices, Pedorthic and Podiatric clinics and Orthopedic medical practices, all looking for distinctive devices expedited quickly and accurately. Our focus is to give you an orthosis to deliver to your patients with pride!

Housed in a handsome industrial park in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA, Tower Orthopedic Design's lab facility is five years old. It was designed with flexibility, efficiency and expansion in mind, allowing us to change as our services and business grow. A safe and comfortable work environment was also of great importance as the lab was built.

Each new order is processed by our Customer Service department who first inspects the mold and scans the order form into our computer system for processing. The mold is then filled, modified, and prepared for manufacturing. A dedicated team of technicians constructs and builds each orthosis according to your requests. After a thorough inspection, the device is packaged and shipped out, often within 48 hours.
